OMG... If I'd be online more often I think I'd have found it without any hints... EE118 is 975128 and then it's be devided of area or population of continents, am I right, Chaos?

Yep. Population showed the ratio which you need to split numbers. Like, 3:2:1, that means 975 12 8

EE118 is Hexidecimal for 975128 as MBIK said.
I used population ratio to get 3:2:1
Chaos said to divide the number into parts so:
3 - 975
2 - 12
1 - 8
or 975:12:8
