Ok, I'm thinking about starting a new game, same as digiats, but you'd have to pay an entrance fee that'd be used for the prizes. That should stop people getting the coords and simply obliterating...

but talking to some people they dont seem to like the idea... So basically would anyone be interested?

Also, an entrance fee would be very good. For one, depending on how many people say they will enter you can set a better price. Donations could still be accepted though.

Clan competition: good idea.
A fee: no good idea, more players would participate without a fee.
digiats game was good, but coos should be more private so no morta2 style player can participate!

just give the coos to people that said they want to participate, and prove they wont obliterate!

i recommend to use a planet not too far form bz, so we dont need to waste too much uranium to get all our ships there!

Well if it's clan competition, we should limit number of members in clan teams, because some clans might have 10 members participating, while others might have only two.

the game takes a long time, so players wont be able to play all the time, so limiting the numbers of players is no good idea. Whatever letz just play like it is now, and later discuss rules when it becomes more popular!

Don't limit count of teams, but limit member count in ONE team. Or there willbe one team with tons of players which will win because of the numbers.
