Hi-tech maps of the mind show that computer games are damaging brain development and could lead to children being unable to control violent behaviour. The tendency to lose control is not due to children absorbing the aggression involved in the computer game itself, as previous researchers have suggested, but rather to the damage done by stunting the developing mind. Most worrying of all was that the frontal lobe, which continues to develop in humans until the age of about 20, also has an important role to play in keeping an individual's behaviour in check. Whenever you use self-control to refrain from lashing out or doing something you should not, the frontal lobe is hard at work. Children often do things they shouldn't because their frontal lobes are underdeveloped. The more work done to thicken the fibres connecting the neurons in this part of the brain, the better the child's ability will be to control their behaviour. The more this area is stimulated, the more these fibres will thicken. ppl who play computer games were stopping the process of brain development and affecting their ability to control anti-social elements of their behaviour. These kids will be doing more and more bad things if they are playing games and not doing other things like reading aloud or learning math.

Reaper Of Souls, if facts in that text are scientifically proven, my "frontal lobe" is not working at all Because I only can do what I like to do. Yep, I'm that miserable.
Oh I can make my own scientific hypotesis! Neurons in brains slow down in creating new "lines" when you reach adult age, so adults learn slower and can adapt harder (it's a fact). If you play computer games, which keep your brain busy, your memory will be better (because if your brain is working all the time, memory stays good through all life - proven) and you will be as imaginative and full of ideas as you were in your childhood
Just trying to justify my addiction to computer games ^_^

Simple Video Games are neither The user is the good or bad

Example: A gun in the hand of a murdurer can be used for evil yet the gun has done nothing besides what it is designed to do

In the hands of a beaten wife, someone being assaulted that gun is a Saviour

Therefore guns kill people, thats not to say that if we got rid of guns people wouldnt kill people, but the incidents would go down as it takes more balls to go hand to hand and look a person in the eye then it does to shoot them from a distance.
